FAQ: How to handle system notifications

System notifications are sent to the administrator account to inform the administrator that actions need to be taken on one of the triplogs.

Once you have logged in to the system, you can find notifications in the top right-hand corner by clicking the bell icon, then 'Notifications'. 
When the issue has been solved, the notification should be marked as handled. You can do this by clicking the specific notification and click "mark as handled". 
A new notification regarding the same issue will not be sent if the previous notification has not been handled.
